The large FUSION frying pan (Ø 30 × 5.5 cm, 5.3 L) offers plenty of space for larger quantities: ideal for family portions, pan dishes, steaks or vegetable stir-fries. The three-layer construction with an aluminium core conducts heat quickly and evenly right up to the edge, for perfect frying results across the entire surface. The pan is heat-resistant up to 230 °C, making it suitable for oven use. It is supplied without a lid.
