The small FUSION frying pan (Ø 20 × 4.5 cm, 0.9 L) is ideal for fried eggs, omelettes, pancakes or quickly searing small portions. The three-layer stainless steel construction with an aluminium core ensures fast, even heat distribution and excellent frying results. The pan is heat-resistant up to 230 °C, making it suitable for oven use. It is supplied without a lid.
