With a diameter of 30 cm, a 7 cm high rim and a capacity of 4.9 L, the BECKUM frying pan is the largest of the range. It is perfect for anyone who enjoys cooking for several people: Large portions of pan fried dishes, braised dishes or vegetable stir fries have plenty of space here. The high rim also makes it easy to work with larger amounts of liquid or sauce. Thanks to its heat resistant stainless steel handle, handling is simple and intuitive. The pan is made of rustproof stainless steel with an energy saving capsule base and can be used on all common types of stovetops (electric, glass ceramic, induction or gas). As it is heat resistant up to 230 °C, it can even be used in the oven, for example for gratinating or finishing the cooking process.
